Quick links
1. Acceptance and updates
By creating an account, accessing the platform or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. If a change is material, we will notify you through the app, email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use Vybe after updates means you accept the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate, current registration details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Vendors and partners
- Venues, promoters and vendors provide verification documents (including IDs, licenses and tax information) to activate and maintain their listings.
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to guests and for complying with applicable laws, permits and safety standards.
- We may remove or pause listings that are inaccurate, unsafe or non-compliant.
4. Bookings, payments and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize Vybe and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for bookings and related fees.
- All payment, refund and cancellation handling follows Stripe’s payment processing policies and any venue- or ticket-specific rules shown at checkout.
- You are responsible for charges, taxes and fees associated with your bookings and for reviewing venue policies before confirming.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with security, attempt to access other accounts, or use Vybe for unlawful purposes.
- Content you provide must be accurate and not infringe the rights of others.
- Automated access (scraping, bulk data extraction) is prohibited without our prior written permission.
- We may investigate and take action, including suspension, to protect the platform and community.
6. User content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, reviews, photos or listings). You grant Vybe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and distribute that content solely to operate, promote and improve the service. You confirm you have rights to share the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
7. Third-party services
Vybe integrates with third parties such as Stripe for payments and venues or promoters for experiences. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or actions.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vybe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for issues arising from venues, vendors or third-party services (including Stripe). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for others or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms apply to your use of Vybe regardless of where you access the service. Local consumer laws may provide additional rights. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law in your region unless otherwise required.
